- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Education or Psychology
- Experience: 2–4 years in curriculum planning / preschool academics
- Skills Required:
- 1. Strong knowledge of preschool pedagogy
- 2.Teacher training & academic supervision
- 3.Monitoring teaching standards and class quality
Supervisor
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
- Experience: 1–3 years in office or school administration
- Skills Required:
- 1.Managing centre logistics, stock & housekeeping
- 2.Record maintenance & communication support
- 3.Coordination between centres and head office
Centre Head
- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (ECE or Education background preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in preschool management or as a senior teacher
- Skills Required:
- 1.Excellent leadership & communication skills
- 2.Ability to handle admissions and parent interaction
- 3.Managing staff, safety, and overall centre functioning
Teacher
- Qualification: Graduate / ECCEd / Montessori / NTT certified
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
- Skills Required:
- 1.Love for children & passion for teaching
- 2.Creativity in classroom activities
- 3.Good communication & presentation skills
- 4.Ability to manage class independently
Accountant
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 2–3 years in accounting (preferably school accounts)
- Skills Required:
- 1.Handling fees collection, petty cash & reports
- 2.Proficiency in Tally / Excel
- 3.Maintaining centre-wise financial records
HR Executive
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR
- Experience: 2–4 years in HR functions (preferably in education sector)
- Skills Required:
- 1.Recruitment, onboarding & employee management
- 2.Attendance & payroll coordination
- 3.Staff engagement & communication
Administration/Admin executive
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 1 yr experience in administration
